  • 1.75 oz wheat grain
  • 1.75 oz sunflower seed
  • 3 tbsp raisins
  • 3 tbsp sesame ground
  • 10 tbsp linseed
  • 2.2 oz raw honey

PROCESS:

Put all things in 1 bowl and mix. Then put in a jar.

USAGE:

Take 1 big spoon before breakfast and/or lunch.

This will make all tendons softer and more elastic and ligaments stronger. Also the heart will improve its work.
