Cold weather can damage the hair, because wind and low temperatures dry out and encourage the decline.
It is therefore necessary to regularly care for, and for that a natural recipe – hair mask from yeast can help.
Dissolve a teaspoon of honey in warm milk, then add 20g fresh brewers yeast.
Allow the mixture to stand for 20 minutes in a warm place until the yeast grow. Then take the mask and apply it to a previously washed, damp hair from roots until the top.
Wrap the hair with a bag and wrap it on the cloth, thus allowing the nutrients easier to absorb into the hair roots.
Keep it for one hour, then wash your hair with lukewarm water, apply balm again and rinse.
Apply the mask at least once every week, and if you have a problem with faster decline, then apply it to every three days.
