Getting enough sleep is very important for the body to stay healthy and energized during the day. When we sleep lots of processes are happening in the body,that means that it is helping the brain to save the data from the previous day,and also helps regenerate the body.

1. Cardiovascular Disease
There is a very strong connection between lack of sleep and problems with the heart and some of the strongest evidence has been found from a recent study and presented at EuroHeartCare, the annual meeting of the European Society of Cardiology.
For 14 years, the team of researchers followed 657 Russian men between the ages of 25 and 64 and found that two-thirds of the individuals who experienced a heart attack had a sleep disorder as well.
