1 – Large Organic Onion Chopped
2 – Large Organic Tomatoes Chopped
3 – Cups of Organic Shredded Cabbage

Sauté the onions in the olive oil until translucent. Next add the garlic and the rest of the veggies, the bay leaves, and enough stock to cover the veggies and bring everything to a boil in a large pot. Then lower the heat and let simmer for 30 minutes, then add more stock to cover the veggies, add the seasoning, salt and pepper, and simmer for another 5 to 10 minutes.
Wonderful on cold winter days.
